Masarrat Misbah is a pioneer in Pakistan’s beauty industry and the visionary behind Depilex Group. With over four decades of excellence, she has redefined beauty standards in Pakistan and earned international recognition for her trailblazing work.
Masarrat launched Depilex in 1980 with a mission to elevate beauty services through education, professionalism, and innovation. Today, Depilex stands as Pakistan’s largest beauty salon network, a name synonymous with trust and transformation.
Her leadership extends beyond business. Masarrat founded the Depilex Smileagain Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to rehabilitating acid attack survivors. Through her philanthropic work, she has given new life to hundreds of women, proving that beauty can be a powerful force for change.

Director & Head Creative Stylist
Redah Misbah leads the creative vision at Depilex as Director and Head Creative Stylist. With a background in Cosmetic Science and Cosmetology from London, she has trained at prestigious institutes including Vidal Sassoon, Ray Cochrane Beauty School, and Joe Blasco’s School in the USA.
Since joining Depilex in 2009, Redah has reimagined beauty experiences across Pakistan. Her work has been featured in top fashion magazines and showcased at major fashion weeks. Under her direction, Depilex has launched iconic bridal campaigns, trendsetting services, and editorial collaborations that have elevated the brand’s image.
With her artistic sensibility and commitment to innovation, Redah continues to push creative boundaries while mentoring new talent and upholding Depilex’s reputation as Pakistan’s beauty trendsetter
Director, Depilex Karachi Region
Dr. Nighat Misbah brings a unique fusion of medical precision and artistic mastery to Depilex. A qualified MBBS graduate from Sindh Medical College, she transitioned into beauty and cosmetology through advanced certifications from Europe and the USA.
As head of Depilex Karachi and regional director for southern Pakistan, Dr. Nighat has led the expansion of the brand while upholding the highest service standards. Her medical background enhances her understanding of skincare, making her a trusted authority in beauty consultation and transformation.
Dr. Nighat’s work reflects a dynamic blend of science, art, and empathy—delivering beauty solutions that are both effective and empowering.
Director, Depilex USA & International Programs
Hafsa Haseeb is a seasoned HR strategist and the driving force behind Depilex’s expansion into the United States. A graduate of Penn State University in Labor Employment Relations, she has worked with global brands like Nike, Cole Haan, and McKesson.
Since joining Depilex in 2013, Hafsa has overseen customer care and institute operations in Karachi alongside Dr. Nighat Misbah. Her leadership helped bring City & Guilds certification to Depilex Institute Karachi, making it Sindh’s first platform for international beauty education.
She has also played a key role in training partnerships with IDSP, ILO, and VTI, and continues to uplift global standards through her work. As Director of Depilex USA, Hafsa leads operations with a focus on quality, growth, and cross-border excellence.
