Masarrat Misbah
Founder & CEO, Depilex Group
A pioneer in Pakistan’s beauty industry and the visionary behind Depilex Group. With over four decades of excellence, she has redefined beauty standards in Pakistan and earned international recognition for her trailblazing work. Masarrat launched Depilex in 1980 with a mission to elevate beauty services through education, professionalism, and innovation. She also founded the Depilex Smileagain Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to rehabilitating acid attack survivors — proving that beauty can be a powerful force for change.
Redah Misbah
Director & Head Creative Stylist
Leads the creative vision at Depilex with a background in Cosmetic Science and Cosmetology from London — trained at Vidal Sassoon, Ray Cochrane Beauty School, and Joe Blasco’s School in the USA. Since joining Depilex in 2009, Redah has reimagined beauty experiences across Pakistan. Her work has been featured in top fashion magazines and showcased at major fashion weeks, launching iconic bridal campaigns and trendsetting services that have elevated the brand’s image.
Dr. Nighat Misbah
Director, Depilex Karachi Region
Brings a unique fusion of medical precision and artistic mastery to Depilex. A qualified MBBS graduate from Sindh Medical College, she transitioned into beauty and cosmetology through advanced certifications from Europe and the USA. As head of Depilex Karachi and regional director for southern Pakistan, Dr. Nighat has led the expansion of the brand while upholding the highest service standards.
Hafsa Haseeb
Director, Depilex USA & International Programs
A seasoned HR strategist and graduate of Penn State University in Labor Employment Relations — having worked with global brands like Nike, Cole Haan, and McKesson. Since joining Depilex in 2013, Hafsa has overseen customer care and institute operations in Karachi. Her leadership helped bring City & Guilds certification to Depilex Institute Karachi, making it Sindh’s first platform for international beauty education. As Director of Depilex USA, she leads cross-border operations with a focus on quality and growth.
